I became a Realtor to follow the code of ethics while serving my clients for a great experience when making one of the best investments in their life. By offering informed personal service and thorough attention to every detail from A to Z, I keep the home buying/selling process efficient and timely and become a loyal resource.

From Realtor.com here are the reasons to use a Realtor.

REALTORS® Facilitate the Process as a client advocate, market expert and the negotiating tiger all wrapped up into one independent contractor. Because REALTORS® wear many hats, they are also marketing directors, social media managers and data analysts all in one to help them find the most qualified buyer or new home.

A rising number of home buyers, about 88%, are using REALTORS —a share that has steadily increased from 69% in 2001. Rules regarding home sales are always changing, and it is the REALTOR®’s job to stay on top of those market dynamics and pass along their expertise to their clients and the best financing options for their situation, and they steer all their clients to make better decisions in preparation for the home buying or selling process.
